Abstract
This paper describes applications of Computer-Assisted theory to testing; reviews related research on Computer-Assisted Testing, Computer-Assisted Instruction and Computer-Based Education; and introduces the analysis, design, development of the Computer-Simulated Experiment Testing System (CSET). The simulation of electrochemistry experiment is being described with the CSET theory. With the intelligent processing mechanism and web-based multimedia platform, the CSET theory can be the important part of Computer-Based Education.
