2010

Abstract

The present paper is devoted to the calculation of semantic similarity between facts or events. A fact is considered as a single natural sentence including three parts, “what happened”, “where” and “when”. Possible types of mismatches between facts are discussed and a function calculating the semantic similarity is proposed. Very preliminary experimental results are presented.
