Abstract
The current paper presents an overview of the baby booming phenomena and its implications on the knowledge management capabilities and competitive advantage of the organizations. Further it focuses on the baby boomer crisis in oil and gas sector and proposes a framework to investigate the knowledge transfer trends from baby boomers and its impact on organizational competitive advantage and knowledge management.
