Abstract

This paper presents the SLMToolBox (Service Lifecycle Management Tool Box), a software tool which supports an organization to engineer new services or improve existing ones and to manage its life cycle. The SLMToolBox is a modeling environment dedicated to the domain of service engineering. It is based on the Model Driven Service Engineering Architecture (MDSEA) concepts and supports the first phases of service engineering, in particular: service requirement and service design. The software is developed in the frame of the IP European Project “MSEE” (Manufacturing Service Ecosystem). This paper presents a guided tour around SLMToolBox: its architecture, its main components and functionalities.
