Abstract
This paper presents the design of a fuzzy logic controller to operate an electrolyzer of an experimental test-bed of hybrid wind-solar system with hydrogen storage. This controller runs in Simulink and is linked through Open Process Control interface with the industrial programmable logic controller responsible of global management of the installation. Real-time data exchange and control of the process variables have been successfully achieved and obtained results under real conditions are presented.
