Abstract

In this paper we present our findings from a series of interviews with companies developing web applications, investigating how quality issues are managed when developing web applications in a rush-to-market and competitive environment. Our findings suggest that requirement practises are communication intensive, that companies perceive quality attributes related to a good user experience important, and that companies don’t have a clear trade-off situation.
