THE WEB BASED SYSTEM FOR RECORDING AND ANALYSING DIFFERENT KINDS OF NEGOTIATIONS

Abstract

Negotiations are a base of various human and electronic activities. The paper describes a web based system for recording, analysing and supporting some steps of negotiations. It also discusses several, fundamental problems of implementation of the system. To show its usability, some experiments and outcomes of negotiation processes are demonstrated. Two kinds of negotiations (f2f and cmn) where analysed and the essential drivers are pointed out and discussed.
