Abstract

This research examines the factors affecting Greek hospital employees’ intention to use Electronic Health Records (EHR). The findings indicate that perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are very significant drivers in the adoption of the EHR. Moreover, the intention to use EHR by employees is also affected by management support and subjective norms.
