Abstract

e-Learning systems are continuously evolving in order to include new technologies that improve the education process. Some of the technologies that are being incorporated to the e-learning systems are related to virtual agents and Augmented Reality. The proposed architecture aims to offer a novel platform for non-programming experienced users to develop intelligent Augmented Reality e-learning applications by an intelligent fuzzy-rules-based framework. The applications consist of a series of interactive Augmented Reality exercises guided by an intelligent adaptive virtual tutor to help the student in the learning process.
